We have a bespoke panel assembly facility on site, our internal software and design teams work collaboratively with our customers to provide a rapid delivery of complex panel systems.

Our quality system is accredited to ISO9001:2008. We assemble, check, test and pack in-situ for trouble-free handover.

MCPs:
Manufacture of Form 1 and Form 2 MCPs is carried out to BS EN 61439-1. Our MCPs are designed as floor-standing wardrobe or wall-mounted enclosures and can be extendable where required. Cable entry is provided by use of removable glanding plates and lifting eyes are integrated for safe installation. Features include:

  • Standard external ratings from IP54 – IP65, and internal to IP20
  • Traditional or intelligent motor control
  • Inverter control
  • Soft start with internal bypass
  • Plug-in technology

MCCs:
Our Classic II Modular MCCs are manufactured to BS EN 61439-1. MCCs are designed to be floor standing with removable sections and top or bottom cable entry: allowing for future expansion and providing options for installation into and around corners and/or back-to-back. Removable multi-section cubicles provide the ability to fit varying sizes into each base chassis. Lifting eye facilities allow safe relocation of the units and all MCCs are equipped with a 100mm high steel base plinth. Features include:

  • Segregation to Form 4 Type 2 as standard, optional Type 7 design
  • Standard external rating up to IP54
  • Traditional or intelligent motor control
